INSTALLATION SUMMARY
In accordance with the terms of your Consolidated Limited Product Warranty† Agreement, projects installed with products you purchase from Metal Roof Supply must be registered with Roofing Warranty within 60 days of job completion to be eligible for coverage under your warranty.

- DO NOT COMPLETE this Installation Summary unless you have already activated your Consolidated Warranty by signing and returning the Consolidated Limited Product Warranty Agreement.
