Eligible Metal Roof Supply customers must activate their material warranty coverage by accepting the terms of the Consolidated Limited Product Warranty Agreement†. To initiate the one-time activation, complete and submit the information below. Within 3 business days of receiving your request, your eligibility will be verified, and you will receive your warranty agreement to review, sign and return to Roofing Warranty.
